Dave Parkinson is joined by Dave Birch for this Warrington/Widnes based show on behalf of Radio General - Warrington Hospital Radio and Loverugbyleague.com.
Dave Birch brings us audio highlights of Radio General's coverage of the pre-season game between Warrington and Leigh, while Dave Parkinson was in the post game press conference to hear the thoughts of Leigh boss Paul Rowley and Warrington counterpart Tony Smith. In the case of Tony about the game and also his thoughts about Simon Grix.
The boys also chat about Widnes winning the Karalius Cup against St Helens and have a look at most of the friendlies from last weekend, while looking forward to the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup Round One fixtures scheduled for this weekend.

Adrian Jackson and Dave Parkinson return with The Final Hooter, this week, as indicated last time out, there is more of a focus on Widnes and Warrington. The lads play the new Super League advert, chat 1980s nostalgia and we also hear from Paul Rowley after Leigh Centurions 26-20 win over Wigan.
Adrian was over at Widnes and got reaction from Denis Betts, chats to Lloyd White about his new deal and catches up with former Warrington Assistant coach Richard Marshall following Fax's 18-all draw with the Vikings.
There is still enough time for our hosts to banter around. Who said we have to be deadly serious?

We know how much you've missed your Final Hooter fix for the last couple of weeks. The lads are back as hosts Adrian Jackson and Dave Parkinson try and display French culture like Richie Myler and discuss their pre-season plans. There is enough rustiness to suggest it is still pre-season with Adrian showing his secret Leeds love in calling Kevin Sinfield, Jamie Peacock and Kylie Leulai messiahs while Dave gets himself confused between his Sharlston and Normanton.
Both have vowed to be better next time!
On the show we have Paul March talking of Keighley's 16-8 win over Oldham, thanks to the Cougars and Joshua Chapman, while Adrian headed down to Wembley to find out all about Round One of the Challenge Cup. He speaks to Lizzie Jones who reflects on her charity work, continued support of the Cougars and talks about her experiences singing before large audiences and of course taking part in the draw.
Adrian also chatted with Leeds Tom Briscoe, Wembley hero about the Rhinos preparations and his thoughts on taking part in the draw.
We also hear from Blake Solly, General Manager of Super League and there is plenty of banter.
Yes the boys are certainly back, do enjoy.
There will be extra Final Hooter shows this season concentrating on Warrington and Widnes so keep your ears tuned.
